Took my 1973 Mustang in for a simple tire balance and was told they couldn’t do it because their “book didn’t go back that far” for lug‑nut torque. It took me seconds to Google the correct spec. If they can’t handle something this basic, I can’t trust them with anything more important.

Came here to to get my tire sensors fixed on all 4 tires! And after sitting there for 2 hours they come and tell me they can't get the tire bolts off any of the tires! How ridiculous you are a auto mechanic Care center! And supposed to be experienced in dealing with cars and professional mechanics! What waste of time!

Terrible experience. The new staff clearly doesn’t know how to handle a simple battery replacement under warranty. I waited over an hour for a manager who never showed up. Checkout was a mess-everyone was stuck waiting 30+ minutes while the staff looked completely confused. Save yourself the time and frustration and avoid this location.

Today I got an oil change at the Walmart Automotive Ctr on John Hawkins Pkwy scheduled for 9:30 am as a first time customer. Despite the awkward scenario that was playing out as I arrived that unfortunately the whole staff was caught up in due to one single individual who was taking up all of their time and attention away from all the other customers they were friendly and apologetic, wasted no time to quickly check my vehicle in and my appointment started right on time. As the man relentlessly harassed them very rudely and raised his voice at them very loudly I was amazed at the calm and polite demeanor of all the employees and the professional manner in which they handled the situation while thoughtfully attending to other customers needs at the same time. The technician gave me three options at different price ranges to fit my needs and budget which I appreciated and when I asked how long I might expect to wait because I had some shopping to do they quoted me 45 mins. I was perfectly fine with that answer but was honestly very unprepared although pleasantly when I got the text 30 mins later that my car was ready. Had the truck towed in with 2 flat tires. They checked me in, looked at the truck, told me to buy the tires online and set up the appointment. So I bought them Tuesday and purchased the install all online. Left the truck at the auto center and was told to bring the keys back for my 7am appointment Friday. Came back bright and early Friday at 7am only for them to tell me they can't balance a 22" tire. So I asked if they could mount them at a minimum. To which they said they can't drive the truck with flat tires. I asked if they could use the floor jack they have beside them to take them off in the parking lot and they again said no. So I asked if I take it off and bring it over if they'd at least mount them. They said sure. So I get the jack out take the wheel off and bring it over. They spend all of about 5 minutes trying to then give up and say "this is why we don't do 22" tires". All while we were standing next to a set of new 22" tires for sale right next to their service door. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE CENTER!
